Sydney, Inner West Light Rail to Dulwich Hill

The Commonwealth Bank's Mywealth website has run an article on the impact of the Inner West light rail on properties that are located along it's route.  The opening of this light rail line to Dulwich Hill in Sydney has coincided with a 20% increase in property values in the area.

The new line will be serviced by a new fleet of trams that are being manufactured by Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles in Spain - this is the first Australian contract for this company.
